I build products and specialist services for teams working in regulated markets, drawing on experience across research, design, data and technology.

I’m originally from Tennessee. I spent most of the past decade in London, with periods in Madrid, Singapore and Vilnius, and now live in New York.

After several years writing and recording music in my early twenties, I returned to university to study languages and politics. I became fluent in Spanish, conducted field research in Chile and Peru and completed two undergraduate honours theses focused on Latin American culture and politics.

At King’s College London, I continued this path with two master’s degrees—one in Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies and another in International Political Economy—deepening my dual-track specialisation.

From there, I built my career in Europe at the intersection of public policy, regulation and technology, contributing to research for the European Commission and UK government and later to Microsoft market-intelligence work.

That path shapes how I work as a founder: staying close to domain expertise, thinking from multidisciplinary perspectives, asking rigorous questions and bringing research, design and technical delivery into one creative process through Pimlico.

I’m building Atlas and a focused set of AI-native products and services for complex markets, with the goal of creating tools that improve demanding work and that users genuinely love.

Outside Pimlico, I spend time with my wife and family, make music and support Liverpool FC.
